Accommodation in Cyprus
You will stay at a three star hotel – The Aphrodite Beach Hotel. All rooms have en-suite facilities with full air condition heating.
The hotel is located 500m from the most beautiful and serene place in Cyprus, the Akamas Peninsula National Park, in the north west of Cyprus and 40kms from Paphos.
You can enjoy the long remote beach with a chance to swim in the blue Meditteranaean Sea. All meals are included and the hotel offers both International and traditional Cypriot dishes.

Cyprus walking holiday itinerary
Day 1 – Arrive Paphos
Transfer from the airport to your hotel.
Day 2 – Pissouromouttis Trail and Neo Chorio(E:7mls/11kms)
Transport takes us to Smigies and we then follow the Pissouromouttis trail to the summit with magnificent 360 degree views across Polis Bay to the north east and the Akamas beaches to the west. Our return route takes us through the interesting village of Neo Chorio and back to the hotel.
Day 3 – Droushia to Polis Chrysochous (M:10mls/16kms)
From Droushia we descend to the deserted former Turkish villages of Fasli and Androlykou. We gently climb NW with magnificent views of the coast. The track then drops and zigzags back to our hotel.
Day 4 – Free Day
Our transport takes you on a visit to Paphos.
Day 5 – Akamas Forest- Smigies-Peana Fire Lookout (M:9mls/13kms)
We leave the Hotel and climb onto Akamas Forest plateau before joining the nature trail to Smigies,and then climb to the Peana Fire Station Lookout with wonderful views over Lara Bay and beyond.We continue passing a disused magnesia mine and return along the Adonis Trail back to our hotel.
Day 6 – Baths of Aphrodite to Moutis Sotiras/Cape Arnauti (M:8mls/13kms)
On leaving the hotel we make our way to see the idyllic grotto of the Baths of Aphrodite. This circular route then takes us into the Akamas Forest and onto the summit of Moutis Sotiras,(370m) which is a magnificent viewpoint. We then descend steadily to sea level and to the coastal hammerhead of Cape Arnauti.
Day 7 – Pano Arodes to Agios Georgios (M:8.5mls/13.5kms)
From the village of Pano Arodes we follow a track,which takes us to the southern arms of the fantastic Kouphon Gorge. You leave the gorge and descend towards the coast with magnificent views of the Lara Peninsula and onto the quiet harbour of Agios Georgios.
Day 8 – Depart
Transport to airport, time to leave or extend your stay.
